British myths and legends webquest


You will be reading the most famous legends and myths of Great Britain.
You will find different definitions of "legend" and "myth". You have to understand what they mean.
You will have to choose one legend or myth, which will be your favourite.
You and your group will present the legend in class.
Your groups can be from 3 to 5 students.

Step 1.

You will look up the definition "legend" and ''myth'' online using the following websites:

Step 2.

Write down the similarities and differences between these two words. 

Step 3

Choose one of these websites of different legends and myths and read information about it. You can also use some extra materials, different books, magazines and so on.
